Cain: 14th Amendment Does Not Apply To Illegal Immigrants

Following Monday’s GOP presidential debate in New Hampshire, Godfather’s Pizza CEO Herman Cain says that the 14th Amendment does not apply to illegal immigrants but was intended to protect black slaves in the 1800s. (1:19)
