ICC Prosecutor To Request Arrest Warrants Against Three Libyan Officials

Luis Moreno Ocampo, head prosecutor at the International Criminal Court, says that in the coming weeks he will request the ICC issue arrest warrants against three Libyan officials believed to be responsible for crimes against humanity.
