House Democrat: High Gas Prices Are Not Caused By Lack Of Drilling

During a conference call to announce that House Democrats will vote to repeal oil tax subsidy tomorrow, Congressman Rush Holt (D-N.J.) says high gas prices in America are not caused by lack of oil production, but by high speculation in the energy market (1:00)
