Boehner Says NY-26 Upset Caused By Third Party Candidate

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) says that the third party candidate in the NY-26 special election, Jack Davis, spent $3 million dollars in negative campaign ads against the Republican candidate Jane Corwin. Boehner says that this was the main factor in Tuesday’s upset, leaving Kathy Hochul as New York’s newest Representative-elect. (0:12)
