Gaddafi's Previous Calls For A Ceasefire Have Fallen Short, Says NATO Spokesperson

Carmen Romero, the NATO Deputy Spokesperson, told reporters Friday that Gaddafi’s previous calls for ceasefires have fallen short and that he will have to end his attacks on civilians and allow full entry of humanitarian aid in order to end the strikes. (0:31)
