Bin Laden's Death A Big Win For Intelligence Community, Says Susan Collins

Ranking member of the Senate Homeland Security Committee Susan Collins (R-Maine) says that killing Osama Bin Laden is a tremendous triumph for the intelligence  community and highlights the importance of increased communication between federal and local law enforcement. (1:19)
