Ways and Means Chairman Dave Camp (R-Mich.) held an informal roundtable discussion with the Joint Committee on Taxation Wednesday, joined by former Treasury Secretary Jim Baker and former House Majority Leader Dick Gephardt (D-Mo.) to discuss the need for tax reform. (0:36)
