Science Is The Foundation Of Congress, Says Lawmaker

At a press event on Wednesday, Rep. Mike Quigley (D-Ill.) says that scientific research and analysis is the foundation of Congress, and voting for the Energy Tax Prevention Act would be ignoring science. (0:26)
