Former House Majority Leader Dick Gephardt (D-Mo.) gave some life lessons on tax reform to a Joint Committee on Taxation roundtable meeting Wednesday, hosted by Ways and Means Chairman Dave Camp (R-Mich.). Gephardt played a major role in the tax reformation of 1982. (0:54)
