Agreement On Tax Reform Is Possible, Says Former Treasury Secretary

Former Treasury Secretary James Baker III gave some life lessons on tax reform to a Joint Committee on Taxation roundtable meeting Wednesday, hosted by Ways and Means Chairman Dave Camp (R-Mich.). Baker played a major role in the tax reformation of 1982. (0:26)
