Van Hollen: Seniors Won't Be Able To Pick Their Doctors Under GOP's Medicare Plans

Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.), ranking member of the House Budget Committee, blasts the proposed GOP spending bill during a press conference Tuesday, specifically the threat it poses to Medicare and Medicaid. Van Hollen says it won’t allow seniors to pick their own doctors and that it would ration their health care. (0:24)
