Ryan Releases "Path To Prosperity" Budget Proposal

Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) released a video Tuesday, promoting his 2012 budget proposal. Ryan, the chair of the House Budget committee, says the plan, entitled “Path To Prosperity,” will repair social and medical programs while cutting spending in Washington, DC. (3:12)
