Reid "Not Optimistic" As Budget Talks Go On

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) told reporters Tuesday that he is not very optimistic that Congress will reach a budget deal for FY 2011 before the current stopgap measure runs out on Friday. Reid says Democrats have agreed to $73 billion in cuts and cannot go any lower. (0:31)
