Libyan Ships Caught Planting Mines, Trying To Disrupt Humanitarian Aid

Brigadier General Rob Weighill, Operations Director for Operation Unified Protector, told reporters Friday that NATO caught Libyan ships planting mines in an attempt to disrupt the shipment of humanitarian supplies. (0:21)
