U.S. Trade Rep Promises To Respect Rights Of American Workers

U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk gave remarks on trade policy during a breakfast Thursday held by the Washington International Trade Association (WITA). He said that the Obama administration will use every tool they have to enforce the rights of American exporters and workers. (0:26)
