Obama: New Natl. Security Appointees Will Guide U.S. Through Difficult Days

President Barack Obama has officially announced the rearrangement of his administration’s national security team. In remarks delivered in the White House’s East Wing, Obama said that the new appointees will play an integral role in guiding the U.S. in the difficult days ahead. (0:22)
