White House Moving Forward With Citizens United Response

During Monday’s briefing, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said that the administration is still considering an executive order to counter the Supreme Court’s Citizens United ruling. Carney said that it reflected the President’s ongoing interest in transparency. (0:15)
