Questions Linger Over Wartime Waste, Says Watchdog

The bipartisan Commission on Wartime Contracting in Iraq and Afghanistan held a forum Monday to discuss the negative impact of waste, fraud and abuse of federal funds in contingency contracts. Co-chair of the Commission Michael Thibault notes that significant questions still linger over how to prevent abuse. (0:25)
