Security Council Ignoring Israeli Abuses, Says Palestinian UN Envoy

Riyad Mansour, Palestinian Representative at the United Nations, says the Security Council has so far failed to hold Israel accountable for its continuing breaches of humanitarian law and the violation of its international obligations.
