Gerrymandering Has Grown Riskier, Says NPR Analyst

Cokie Roberts, Senior News Analyst for NPR, says that the redistricting occuring in states is allowing members of Congress to pick their voters instead of the other way around. Roberts, along with Washington think tank scholars and former politicians, spoke at the Aspen Institute Wednesday to take part in a roundtable discussion entitled “Conversations on Civility: Making Our Democracy Work.” (0:51)
