Rep. Keith Ellison: Budgets Reflect Values

The Congressional Progressive Caucus released their solution to the GOP Budget, called “The People’s Budget,” which aims to reduce the deficit by cuts in military spending and tax reform. Co-chair of the Caucus Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) told reporters Wednesday that this budget sets the priorities of Americans. (0:25)
