Rep. Grijalva: People's Budget Represents American Values

The Congressional Progressive Caucus has introduced “The People’s Budget,” an alternative plan to the GOP budget proposal sponsored by Rep. Paul Ryan(R-Wis.). Co-chair of the caucus, Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.) told reporters Wednesday that the solution to reducing the deficit is military spending cuts and tax reform. (0:33)
