Obama: GOP Wants To Lower Health Care Costs By Charging Seniors More

President Barack Obama presents his plans to reduce nation’s deficit by $4 trillion over next 12 years at George Washington University Wednesday. In the speech, Obama says that the GOP wants to approach hefty health care costs by charging seniors more, whereas his administration’s plans seek to cut health care costs in general. (0:31)
