Cantor: Upcoming Fiscal Speech Is "Vintage Obama"

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) says Wednesday that President Obama has a track record of delegating authority and then stepping in at the last minute to deliver a speech. Cantor, who says Obama is too late in entering the deficit battle, will be meeting with President Obama before the president gives a high-profile speech on fiscal policy. (1:07)
