Kerry: America Is Falling Behind In Energy Innovation

Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.), Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, says that America has now dropped behind China and Germany to third in energy innovation. The spoke at a New Republic event in Washington entitled Energy Policy: Powering the Economic Recovery. (1:50)
