House Dems To Unveil Budget Proposal Wednesday, Says Van Hollen

During a speech at the Center For American Progress Tuesday, Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) said that House Democrats will introduce their own budget proposal Wednesday in response to the GOP’s release of their budget blueprint last week. (0:38)
