Waxman: Republican Spending 'Reckless Assault' On Environmental Laws

During a speech Monday at the Center for American Progress, Rep. Henry Waxman (D-Ca) emphasized the dangers posed to the environment through the Republican sponsored HR-1, which would defund the EPA’s efforts to regulate carbon gas emissions and air/water pollution. (0:39)
