Shelby Says HHS Wants Nearly $40 Million For A Website

A Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education held a hearing Wednesday to listen to Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, defending President Obama’s 2012 budget. Ranking member Richard Shelby (R-Ala.) raises concerns with the amount of funding being delegated to implement the Affordable Care Act. (0:37)
