Cutting Gov't Spending Helps Economy, Says GOP'er

The Joint Economic Committee released a report finding that there is indeed correlation between economic growth and reduced government spending. Rep. Kevin Brady, vice chairman of the Joint Economic Committee, explained the findings to reporters. (0:28)
