Boehner: 2011 Spending Debate Is Result Of Senate Inaction

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) tells reporters the House will vote and pass a three-week continuing resolution to fund the government while still touting the long-term spending bill which would cut $61 billion. He says he is still waiting on the Senate to pass a bill of its own and come to the negotiating table. (0:20)
