Obama Promises To Be More "Neighborly" With Chamber Of Commerce

During remarks before the Chamber of Commerce Monday, President Barack Obama joked that he walked to the Chamber’s nearby building in an attempt to appear more neighborly. He quips that relations between the White House and the Chamber would have probably been better if he had brought over a fruitcake in 2008. (0:19)
