GOP Budget Plan 'Dangerous' For Women's Health Care, Says Planned Parenthood

A representative of Planned Parenthood, Emily Stewart, speaks of the devastating effects on women’s access to healthcare nationwide as a direct result of the HR-1 Budget proposal, which cuts funding to all Title X programs. Stewart spoke among a panel of witnesses at a House Democratic sponsored forum Thursday regarding the impact of the Republican budget proposal.  (0:49)
