Deficits Would Be Larger Without Social Security, Says Fiscal Commission Member

Reps. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill) and Xavier Becerra (D-Calif.) both voted against the fiscal commission’s proposal last year. They spoke at a Center For American Progress presentation to reiterate their point that Social Security should be separated from the deficit conversation. (0:36)
