Boxer: If Gov Shuts Down, Congress Should Forgo Pay

Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) introduces legislation Thursday that would prevent Congress from collecting their salary in the event of a government shutdown. She says Members of Congress and the President should be treated like all other Americans. (0:46)
