Clinton: Cuts To State Dept. "Detrimental" To National Security

After meeting with House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) Monday, Secretary of State Hilary Clinton voiced concern over proposed cuts to the State Department’s budget. She also fielded questions about Egypt. (0:19)
