Jack Reed: Consumer Bureau Needs Director To Stop Financial Abuse

Speaking out in support of Richard Cordray’s nomination as director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at a news conference Wednesday, Sen. Jack Reed (D-R.I.) said the bureau is powerless to stop financial abuse and fraud without a confirmed bureau chief. (0:38)
