Obama Refuses To Offset Payroll Relief With Entitlement Or Education Cuts

President Barack Obama told reporters Monday that it would be “irresponsible” to offset the cost of payroll relief with cuts to safety net programs or education. Obama noted that such a move could ultimately hurt the economy. (0:30)
