Dempsey: U.S. Not Positive What North Korean Succession Will Look Like

General Martin Dempsey, the Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told American troops in Germany Monday that the U.S. believes they know what succession in North Korea will look like following Kim Jong Il’s death, but are not positive. (0:04)
