Panetta: Gaddafi's Defeat Shows Capability Of Libyan People

Speaking to reporters in Turkey Friday, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said that the defeat of the Gaddafi regime shows that the Libyans can take on difficult tasks, including the the transition to democracy. (0:25)
