Reid: Republicans Seem Eager To Get Out Of Town

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) suggests that the Republicans are rushing to leave for the holidays and would even leave before coming to an agreement on the payroll package while the Democrats are willing to stay until they work something out. (00:16)
