Scott Brown Touts Insider Trading Bill, Says Most Lawmakers Good People

Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) testified Thursday in front of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, saying he believes most members of Congress do not use insider information to make investment decisions, but that an insider trading bill to govern Congress is needed to restore public faith in the legislative branch.
