Mandy Moore Has Witnessed Tolls Of HIV Firsthand

In her travels as ambassador for the Populations Services International (PSI), Singer and actress Mandy Moore says she has seen first hand, the toll HIV/AIDS takes on families who don’t rely on support systems such as family planning and HIV/AIDS integration services. Moore spoke at a health briefing on Capitol Hill Thursday. (0:25)
