Gillibrand Introduces Insider Trading Bill To Govern Congress

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) told the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Thursday that she is introducing legislation to ensure members of Congress aren’t using insider information to make investment decisions is necessary for the American people to have confidence in Congress.
