Toomey: Earmarking As Usual Is Disastrous For Our Country

Sens. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) and Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) introduce legislation that would permanently eliminate earmarks. 

Toomey says that their are efforts to revert back to the old processes of earmarking and that doing so would be disastrous for the country. (0:19)
