IEA Director Calls For Government Intervention To Promote Low Carbon Tech

“Governments need to introduce much stronger measures than currently envisioned to drive forward investment in efficient low carbon technologies,” IEA director Maria van der Hoeven said during a panel discussion Monday with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. (0:18)
