Report Says Revenues Insurance Should Replace Farm Subsidies

David Beckman, president of Bread for the World Institute released the “Hunger Report 2012: Rebalancing Act: Updating U.S Food and Farm Policies” that would reportedly shift farm subsidies to a more “comprehensive revenue insurance program” to help farmers with risk management. (0:16)
