Postal Service Needs Flexibility, Says Postmaster General

Postmaster General and CEO Patrick Donahoe says that the U.S. Postal Service receives no governmental funding and generates its revenue solely from the sale of postal products and services, but has less flexibility than other companies who compete in the same marketplace. (0:40)
