Defazio: Wallstreet Should Pay For Its Disaster

Rep. Peter Defazio (D-Ore.) says that, because Wall Street caused the recession, its important that they help fix the economy. Defazio wants Congress to pass a speculation tax bill he helped introduce. (0:24)
