Romney Lacks Consistency, Says N.H. Business Owner

During a conference call Friday, small business owner Mason Donavan of Salisbury, N.H. said that although politicians always say small businesses need certainty and consistency to grow, it is very clear GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney lacks in this area. (0:14)
