Sen. Vitter: Abortion Does Not Lower Poverty, It Ends Life

Sen. David Vitter (R-La.), who coauthored the “Welfare Reform Act of 2011,” explains why ending federal funding of abortion is included in the bill during a press conference Wednesday.  He argues that abortion doesn’t reduce crime and poverty but instead kills innocent lives. (0:18)
